This pr adds validation of channel handles, as well as a fix for a bug in feed.ejs (along with minor indenting fixes), and adding a start script

Ya know, to be "standard"
This technically is not a fool-proof check. We only check for a-z, 0-9,
plus the "seperator" characters, as well as limiting the length.

Our fallback, though, is to query youtube and see if the channel exists.
If it doesn't, we abort at that stage instead.

Without making our logic a LOT more fancy, this honestly is about the
best we can do.
There were some minor indenting problems with the output that have been
fixed by adjusting indenting in a few places, but this also fixes a bug
where a video on YouTube would result in a crash trying to parse the RSS
data.

Instead, when we find a video with no description, use the literal
string "This video has no description on YouTube, so here's a fallback
string for you." instead.
